Responsibilities
- Retrieve and examine warehouse data to uncover insights and identify ways to enhance product interaction.
- Update and manage Tableau dashboards to align with changing business requirements.
- Assess customer behaviors including engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue, then deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Review CRM marketing initiatives and produce performance summaries.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to recognize trends and improve user experience across web, mobile, email, and marketing platforms.
- Work with BI and engineering teams to verify data accuracy and resolve issues.
- Develop rapid dashboards, detect patterns, and suggest actions that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design data systems for tracking and reporting metrics.
- Communicate results and strategic findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
