CSG is looking for a Data Analyst II to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. In this role, you will analyze operational data, develop insightful reporting, and support process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret operational data across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.
- Build data collection, cleansing, and transformation processes to prepare high-quality datasets.
- Produce consistent reports and insights for Monthly Business Reviews, event-based reviews, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Create and maintain dashboards, partnering with corporate 'OneView' teams and Power BI specialists.
- Synthesize data narratives for business leaders—identifying anomalies, uncovering root causes, and developing insights.
- Track and report qualitative and quantitative improvements on identified issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and security standards.
- Contribute to collaborative problem-solving, proactive communication, and cross-functional engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective written communication to present complex findings simply and clearly.
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on tracking and driving improvements.
- A candid communicator who can surface issues constructively and thoughtfully.
- High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and commitment to data quality and compliance.
