Construction & Property Group – UK is seeking a Data Analyst with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic planning and business decisions for our construction and property operations.

What You'll Do

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform advanced data analysis using Excel functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and conditional formulas.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to track business performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Document processes and provide recommendations for improving data management and reporting efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong expertise in VLOOKUP and related functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
