Growth Troops is looking for a Data Analyst to turn data into business value by solving real-world business problems. You will play a key part in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support key initiatives and help teams make smarter, faster decisions.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with teams to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various business functions.
- Assist in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across reporting workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R.
