Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify how communities can better support their caregivers and streamline workflows
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help Customer Success demonstrate value to clients
- Partner with Customer Success on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), customer meetings, and strategic initiatives
- Present findings to customers and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build scalable data processes and provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Understand senior living operations and caregiver workflow patterns to identify pain points and opportunities that empower care teams
Requirements
- 2-3 years of data analyst experience with advanced SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Experience with Python for data analysis and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Solid understanding of statistics for practical business applications
- Customer-obsessed mindset with concrete examples of helping customers meet their goals
- Experience presenting to external stakeholders and working directly with customers
- Understanding of data structures, privacy, and responsible data stewardship
- Excellent communication skills - you can make complex data accessible to anyone
Nice to Have
- Healthcare data experience (EHR systems, medical terminology) is a plus
