Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to establish key performance indicators, guide product direction, and uncover growth opportunities through sophisticated data analysis.
- Design, implement, and manage statistical models and machine learning techniques using Python or R for clustering, segmentation, and forecasting to reveal patterns in user behavior.
- Evaluate the causal effects of implemented initiatives by differentiating correlation from causation to determine actual drivers of user actions.
- Support product and business leaders in developing and validating hypotheses using data-driven methods such as A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Independently detect meaningful trends and opportunities in data, converting complex analytical outputs into clear business insights and practical recommendations.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to apply Generative AI solutions to key user challenges, including processing unstructured customer support data.
- Create and manage SQL-based views, tables, and data models in BigQuery to structure datasets for analytics and feature development.
- Sustain and automate essential business metric dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring regular communication of insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to defining core metrics, shaping product strategy, and identifying new growth avenues by applying advanced data analysis in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and statistical models using Python or R for clustering, segmentation, and predictive analytics to gain deep insights into user behavior.
- Assess the causal impact of launched initiatives by distinguishing between correlation and causation to understand true influences on user behavior.
- Assist product and business leaders in building and testing hypotheses through data analysis and experimental design, including A/B testing.
- Proactively detect insights and opportunities from data, transforming complex modeling outcomes into clear business narratives and actionable suggestions.
- Collaborate with product teams on utilizing Generative AI to address key user issues, such as analyzing unstructured data from customer support interactions.
- Construct views, tables, and data models in BigQuery using SQL to organize and transform datasets for analytical and feature engineering purposes.
- Maintain and automate key dashboards in Looker Studio for business metrics, regularly sharing insights with stakeholders.
