Financiera oh! (Grupo Intercorp) is hiring a Data Analyst to focus on HR Analytics for Intercorp Retail. In this role, you will build and maintain executive dashboards for people management metrics, design strategic HR KPIs, and conduct exploratory analysis to support decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain executive dashboards for people management indicators, ensuring clarity, reliability, and strategic focus.
- Design and monitor Human Management KPIs, aligned with business strategy, ensuring comparability, traceability, and methodological coherence.
- Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify patterns, causes, and risks.
- Extract, store, and model data according to business information consumption needs.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of people data, establishing controls and integrity standards.
- Automate reports using Business Intelligence tools and ETL processes.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable storytelling for non-technical leaders.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Statistics, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence, ideally with exposure to people management metrics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building executive dashboards, data modeling, and ETL processes using BI tools and SQL.
- Essential knowledge of Descriptive Data Analysis.
- Proficiency in: Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Intermediate level of English.

- Experience with Python or R.
