Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle business process management, covering assessment, design, control, and ongoing optimization of operational workflows.
- Guide customer onboarding and implementation by managing cross-functional teams and identifying process enhancements using methodologies like Six Sigma and industrial engineering.
- Utilize core industrial engineering principles, advanced statistical analysis, and innovative technologies to create data-informed solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape project strategies, outline execution plans, and conduct cost-benefit evaluations for process improvement initiatives.
- Deliver analytical input to define business needs, functional requirements, design standards, and testing methods for process, technical, and analytical projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert in productivity metrics, including standard time calculation, work studies, work sampling, and performance measurement techniques.
- Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to assess operational performance at the account level, forecast demand, and project staffing and capacity needs.
- Evaluate and enhance workflows by analyzing process maps and flowcharts, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements to procedures, technology, and tools.
- Demonstrate understanding of statistical quality control, business intelligence frameworks, and foundational project management, while supporting organizational change efforts.
- Adhere to employment terms, company policies, and management directives, including potential changes in work location, team assignments, shifts, and work arrangements due to evolving business needs, with the company retaining full discretion to modify such policies.
