Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking sector. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Danish-speaking clients, helping them navigate their banking needs.
What You'll Do
- Offer high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product-related questions.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups appropriately.
- Collaborate with the banking operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of complex issues.
- Educate clients on banking procedures, policies, and new services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
