Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in IT Support Services. In this remote role based in Greece, you will provide top-tier technical support to our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat in Danish to resolve IT-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them in using IT products effectively.
- Educate clients on software features, updates, and best practices to enhance user experience.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed customer assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technologies.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate customers in different time zones.
