Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a prestigious Fashion & Luxury Brand in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering the highest level of service and enhancing their luxury shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and brand information via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to stay current with product launches and promotions.
- Stay informed about trends in the fashion and luxury industry.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service technologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Proficiency in English.
