Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support for a leading automotive company. You will work remotely from Greece, assisting customers with products, services, and technical inquiries in Danish.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order management.
- Provide troubleshooting guidance and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish.
