About the Role

Next Job Abroad is looking for a Danish Customer Care specialist to provide support for a leading streaming platform. You'll join an international team to help customers resolve their inquiries and enhance their viewing experience.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers with subscription, billing, and technical inquiries.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot app or device issues and assist with account access.
  • Provide information on content availability, languages, and promotions.
  • Maintain high-quality service and follow internal guidelines.
  • Participate in an 8-day training program and 12-day nesting period before full production.
  • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Danish (spoken and written).
  • Good English skills (B2 level).
  • Excellent written communication skills for chat and email.
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort using Windows and online tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to work late shifts or weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Fluent Danish at near-native level.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Passion for streaming platforms or digital services.
