Responsibilities
- Deliver direct development work, issue resolution, and technical assistance for D365 Finance & Operations, meeting defined service level timelines
- Work closely with client contacts to improve their utilization of D365 F&O through effective development and support practices
- Actively detect, assess, and resolve technical challenges and potential risks to reduce client impact
- Engage collaboratively with colleagues across a global managed services team
- Suggest enhancements to internal coding standards, support procedures, and technical workflows
- Support the evaluation, creation, and deployment of service expansions or system upgrades beneficial to clients
- Coordinate with Microsoft and third-party software vendors to resolve technical problems affecting client systems
- Pursue continuous learning and skill advancement, including obtaining applicable certifications when relevant
- Uphold a professional and constructive image of the organization in all communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent professional credentials

- Relevant Microsoft certifications
