Prematch is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Architect/SME to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud-based infrastructure for critical applications and services. In this role, you will be a key technical authority responsible for ensuring our cloud systems are robust, performant, and compliant.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based infrastructure for a variety of applications and services.
- Collaborate with IT teams and software developers to ensure cloud solutions are integrated smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure that the cloud infrastructure is secure and complies with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and monitor cloud systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for cloud-based systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for cloud-based systems and services.
- Document all procedures and systems for future reference and audits.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecting with an Infrastructure background.
- Deep knowledge of VPC design patterns, including Shared VPC, VPC-SC, and PSC.
- Strong understanding of IAM at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, including HCL, modules, and state management for multi-project rollouts.
- Experience with setting up monitoring and alerting for cloud resources.
- Proven ability to monitor resource usage, performance metrics, and system health, and to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience provisioning GCP data analytics services with Terraform modules.
- Ability to configure and optimize cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
- Experience with BCP/DR planning and implementation in a GCP context.
