Rackspace is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect & Customer Advisor for Hybrid Cloud, Data, and AI. This is a leadership position within our Transformation team, where you will act as a strategic technical advisor for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical strategy and solution design for enterprise customers adopting hybrid cloud, data platforms, and AI services.
- Advise customers on their transformation journey, aligning technology solutions with business outcomes.
- Architect comprehensive solutions that integrate across cloud, on-premises, data, and AI workloads.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships with key customer stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant in a customer-facing role.
- Deep expertise architecting and implementing hybrid cloud and data solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML workloads and their operationalization in enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide both customers and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
