Amentum is hiring a Cyber Security Analyst 3 to oversee cybersecurity compliance for Range Operations and Systems at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). You will be responsible for ensuring Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation adheres to DoD policies and executing the full Risk Management Framework (RMF).

What You'll Do

• Oversee the execution of the DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for PMRF Information Systems and assist in implementing the DoD Assessment and Authorization (A&A) procedure.
• Perform all Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties and responsibilities in accordance with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, and U.S. Navy policy.
• Assist with the handling of security events and incidents, including triage, remediation, documentation, escalation, and after-action reviews.
• Oversee working group meetings, including the Cyber Security Working Group and other contractually required meetings.
• Accurately perform security tasks mandated by the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, NIST SP 800-37, DoD 8500.1, and DoD Instruction 8510.01.
• Provide periodic self-assessments to Government System Managers (GSM) and regular feedback on data-calls.
• Provide employee mentorship, team building, and training on cybersecurity concepts, standards, guidance, and policies.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline with 8 years of cybersecurity experience, or an Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• Five years of direct Risk Management Framework (RMF) experience; equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.
• DoD 8570/8140: IAM I certification.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
• US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain the required clearance.

You will be supporting the Cyber/IT Department for PMRF Range Operations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation range: $118,000 - $128,000.
