Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with senior security executives including CISOs and SOC leadership
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept deployments, from configuration to demonstrating tangible business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients integrate the platform into their existing security frameworks and operational workflows
- Facilitate customer onboarding and evaluation phases within live environments to ensure successful adoption
- Partner with external firms and consulting organizations to identify and develop new technical opportunities
- Inform product and service development by providing customer-driven feedback to research and engineering teams
