About the Role
Internship supporting executive engagement initiatives through operational playbooks, event design, and program development for CxO-level communities. Deliver scalable frameworks, support pilot programs, and present results to leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scaling and standardizing the Executive Community experience to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions with CxOs
- Contribute to launching the Executive Council program by coordinating foundational activities
- Create operational playbooks for peer networking events, including summits and executive dinners
- Support the CXO Academy pilot by designing participant workflows and contributing to curriculum development
- Develop feedback mechanisms to evaluate and improve the CXO Academy experience
- Lead the delivery of the Executive Engagement Playbook and the council operations toolkit
- Build the Executive Council operations kit, including executive bios, briefing documents, and tracking systems
- Design a comprehensive event playbook for executive summits and dinners
- Support the development and execution of the Academy curriculum and participant journey
- Produce standardized templates for immersion labs and innovation sprints
- Deliver a polished portfolio and final presentation to company leadership
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, master’s, or MA/MS program; MBA not required
- Available for a full-time 12-week internship, with in-office presence required three days per week in Austin
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in creating executive-level content, playbooks, and operational materials
- Skilled in using AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) or low-code tools to rapidly prototype and refine automation scripts or operational content
- Capable of independently managing a high-impact project from start to completion
- Strong written communication and presentation abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives, sales, and marketing teams
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-moving, innovative cloud services environment
