You will help ensure reliable and secure customer connections for the mobile messaging, voice, and email services that power communications for over 150,000 businesses worldwide.

- Provide technical support for Sinch's Customer Communications Cloud platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to mobile messaging, voice, and email
