About the Role

Sinch AB is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II to provide technical support for our Customer Communications Cloud platform. You will help ensure reliable and secure customer connections for the mobile messaging, voice, and email services that power communications for over 150,000 businesses worldwide.

  • Provide technical support for Sinch's Customer Communications Cloud platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to mobile messaging, voice, and email
  • Work to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality customer connections
