About the Role

Whow Games GmbH is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a technically inclined person with strong social skills and a passion for customer service. You will use your understanding of process automation and technical support to help customers and enhance their experience as part of an international, remote-first company with over 25 years of history.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support for the 1st & 2nd level of PIM customer environments, interfaces, and MAM systems.
  • Offer consultation, implementation, and technical support in the area of process automation, including full and partial automation.
  • Supervise applications in productive use.
  • Perform data analysis for automatic processing.
  • Collaborate in the supervision of internal IT.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or in a customer-oriented field with a technical background.
  • Pronounced social skills and a strong understanding of customer care core values.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in technical environments.
  • Understanding of process automation and the ability to provide consultation and technical support in this area.
  • Experience supervising applications in productive use.
  • A structured, careful, and precise approach to work.
  • Fluent German and active English language skills.

Team & Environment
