Whizz is looking for a Customer Support Representative who is a native/fluent speaker of Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. In this remote role, you'll ensure our customers receive the best possible experience by handling inquiries and supporting sales, aligning your schedule with the New York time zone. You'll be part of a mission to help gig workers access electric vehicles, boosting their profits when traditional financing is not an option, and making transportation seamless for delivery drivers.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently handle a large volume of customer chats and calls (no cold calling)
- Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
- Address customer concerns and objections diligently to ensure satisfaction
- Use selling techniques to offer additional products and convert potential customers
What We're Looking For
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced level)
- Native or fluent speaker of Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales
- A high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. All duties are performed remotely, but you must be available to work according to the New York time zone schedule.
