About the Role

Perspective Software GmbH is hiring a Customer Support Representative (f/m/d) to join our team. You will use empathy and technical understanding to support over 6,000 customers as they grow with our platform, helping them master challenges in building their company. This is a German-speaking role requiring you to be based in Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Triage, answer, and solve incoming customer requests.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate problems with internal stakeholders to find their cause.
  • Become an expert at edge use cases, technical details of new features, and integrations with third-party providers.
  • Continuously enhance and improve our customer support quality and structures.
  • Take responsibility for your own projects and ensure completion within a quarter to improve our service.
  • Host and participate in calls with customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in German (native-level proficiency) and English (fluent).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles at software companies.
  • A strong drive to learn, grow, and solve customer problems while achieving a high satisfaction rate.
  • A strong passion for online marketing and a value for high-quality design.

Nice to Have

  • Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media.
  • A technical background or experience in tech support.
