Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline of support for our community of educators and partner schools, ensuring a smooth and positive experience on our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely and effective support to educators and schools via our primary communication channels.
  • Resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through processes.
  • Act as a vital link between our users and the product team, documenting feedback and trends.
  • Contribute to improving our support knowledge base and internal resources.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, user-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere within Canada.
