Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline of support for our community of educators and partner schools, ensuring a smooth and positive experience on our platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and effective support to educators and schools via our primary communication channels.
- Resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through processes.
- Act as a vital link between our users and the product team, documenting feedback and trends.
- Contribute to improving our support knowledge base and internal resources.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, user-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
