ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is hiring a Customer Support & Office Administrator to provide remote support for a US-based security sector client. In this role, you will be the front-line agent handling customer inquiries and performing essential administrative functions, working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests or service issues.
- Assist with scheduling and provide service-related support.
- Perform general office administration and maintain accurate records.
- Capture and update data within internal systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfort and proficiency in handling calls.
- A friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Confidence with computers, including MS Office and Outlook.
- A fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download, plus support for a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and outages.
