The individual in this position will manage customer inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations within a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls
- Manage incoming communication channels during business hours
- Assist clients with account-related questions and requests
- Update customer records and maintain data accuracy
- Process service requests and track resolution timelines
- Coordinate internal referrals for technical or billing issues
- Support onboarding for new clients
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Generate routine reports for team leads
- Assist with document preparation and formatting
- Track inventory of office supplies for remote team needs
- Help coordinate virtual team communications
- Follow up on outstanding customer issues
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments
- Ensure compliance with internal service protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Update knowledge base with common solutions
- Participate in team check-ins and training sessions
- Monitor service ticket queue and prioritize tasks
- Assist with data entry for client accounts
- Verify information accuracy before processing
- Support internal documentation updates
- Adhere to response time standards for support requests
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions
