About the Role

Assist customers with cruise bookings, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about cruise itineraries, destinations, and amenities.
  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling cruise reservations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings and payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on cruise industry trends and new offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to resolve customer issues.
