Neo Group is looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide professional assistance to our customers in Russian. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats, emails, and calls.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Russian and advanced English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cache and why/when to clean them).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts—Morning, Afternoon, Night.
- Ability to work 5 days a week (including weekends).

- Fast typing speed is a plus.
