About the Role

Responsibilities
- Guide clients through career development programs and tools
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- Monitor client progress and engagement with services
- Identify obstacles to client success and propose solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs
- Support clients in setting and meeting career goals
- Provide resources and referrals tailored to individual needs
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate team members
- Track performance metrics related to client success
- Participate in training to stay updated on service offerings
- Gather feedback to inform service improvements
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and policies
- Assist in onboarding new clients to platforms and tools
- Help clients prepare for interviews and job applications
- Coordinate with external partners when necessary
- Promote best practices for career advancement
- Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to process improvements based on client insights
Nice to Have
- Experience in career counseling or coaching
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Background in workforce development programs
- Fluency in a second language
- Certification in career development or coaching
