RATIONAL AG is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. You will play a critical role in the sales process by qualifying leads and preparing them for our Street Sales team. Your efforts will directly support a region of 5-8 Regional Sales Managers, turning inquiries into qualified business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct qualification activities for new leads from social media, trade shows, and website inquiries, researching and qualifying prospects via phone and email.
- Present the benefits of cooking systems like iCombi Pro and iVario Pro to identify potential equipment solutions, including conducting online presentations.
- Collaborate with the Street Sales team by running regional calling campaigns, placing qualified leads into in-person cooking demonstrations, and scheduling visits.
- Maintain and update CRM records in collaboration with other internal teams.
- Support the general marketing department with tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a kitchen, as a Chef and/or Supervising Kitchen Operations; catering and hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with troubleshooting customer issues by phone, email, or platforms like Microsoft Teams.
Nice to Have
- Cold Calling experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
