RATIONAL AG is hiring a Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Engage with incoming leads from various channels such as social media, trade shows, and website inquiries to assess suitability
  • Perform thorough research on prospects using online resources and internal CRM data before initiating contact
  • Evaluate potential clients via phone and email, documenting key qualification details in the CRM system
  • Communicate the value of advanced cooking systems to prospects to determine appropriate equipment solutions for their operations
  • Deliver scheduled online presentations using pre-recorded content, promoted through digital platforms
  • Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual demonstrations to engage interested parties
  • Support field sales efforts by executing regional outreach campaigns based on team input and CRM insights
  • Facilitate in-person cooking demonstrations by referring qualified leads from virtual interactions
  • Coordinate site visits for qualified prospects on behalf of regional sales managers
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date through collaboration across departments
  • Assist with general marketing initiatives as required
