Smart-Study GmbH is hiring a Customer Success & Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our motivated startup team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle for our platform, from initial acquisition and onboarding to long-term relationship growth, while also driving new business.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent platform experience.
- Guide new customers through a smooth and quick onboarding process.
- Manage the full sales cycle from identifying potential customers to closing contracts.
- Work with HubSpot to maintain and optimize our customer relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events to generate new leads.
- Identify and manage the complete process for relevant public tenders.
- Maintain and develop reseller partner relationships, providing them with support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous platform improvements.
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
- Proven experience in sales and customer management (Customer Success or Sales).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Outstanding communication skills for efficient interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, stay well-organized, and take ownership.
- Willingness to travel regularly for trade shows, events, and meetings.
- Flexibility: the position can be arranged as full-time or part-time.
- Team player who thrives in an agile, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales outreach systems.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach.
- Background in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector.
