Proemion is seeking a Customer Success Project Manager for TrendMiner. You will be responsible for the delivery of customer projects and the support of engineering and analytics teams on the client side. You will work closely with customers, understand their technical challenges, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with maximum value.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate customer projects throughout all phases, from planning to go-live.
- Create project plans, milestones, and reports, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and objectives.
- Support customers in leveraging the TrendMiner platform in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
- Identify, assess, and document risks and opportunities within projects.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans to address risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively resolve challenges.
- Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to translate customer needs into improvements and innovations.
- Provide relevant project and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support internal initiatives to continuously improve processes and workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in engineering or a comparable technical education.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally in a B2B software or engineering environment.
- Practical experience with data analytics tools or technical software solutions.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes (e.g., chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or food industries).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Strong customer focus, technical advisory skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- High self-motivation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Dutch are a plus.

This is a hybrid position. Locations are Hasselt, Belgium, and Germany.
