Movinga / MoveAgain GmbH is looking for a Customer Success Manager (60-100%) to play a key role in our mission to digitize moving services for private customers. You will be a central part of a small, motivated team, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving innovation from within.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp while providing top-tier service.
- Ensure and continuously improve customer satisfaction by proactively gathering feedback.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer types.
- Independent working style and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Team player with willingness to contribute to a small, dynamic team.

- Professional experience in the moving or logistics industry.
