SEEK is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a pivotal role that partners closely with Sales to drive behavioural change, product adoption, and sustainable customer growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client sourcing strategies and translating insights into tailored engagement, training, and growth plans.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and design strategic engagement plans that drive product adoption and usage growth.
- Use customer data and performance insights to uncover opportunities, mitigate retention risk and influence commercial strategy.
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions, workshops and executive briefings (virtual and face-to-face) that drive behavioural change.
- Consult with clients on their end-to-end recruitment strategy, sourcing challenges and process optimisation.
- Act as the voice of the customer by feeding structured insights back to Product and Commercial teams.
- Build strong internal alignment across Sales, Customer Service and Senior Sales Leadership to accelerate speed-to-value for customers.
What We're Looking For
- Recruitment Industry Knowledge: Understand end-to-end recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategy and sourcing challenges.
- Customer Success or Account Management Experience: Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, driving product adoption and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong Presentation & Facilitation Skills: Confident leading workshops, training sessions and executive conversations, translating product capability into clear business value.
