RealAdvisor is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage our Italian client portfolio, ensuring high retention, engagement, and lifetime value growth. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, guiding them from initial onboarding to full platform success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a client portfolio with a focus on retention, engagement, and lifetime value growth
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and provide training on platform usage
  • Ensure consistent platform adoption and client success
  • Manage client requests and gather feedback
  • Optimize support processes
  • Update CRM data and generate reports
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer success or customer service role
  • A strong customer-centric orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools
  • Fluency in Italian

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the real estate sector
