The Customer Success Manager for Türkiye serves as the primary liaison between Neara and Turkish utility customers, ensuring successful post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization of Neara’s digital twin technology. This role plays a key part in embedding our platform into core utility operations such as vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization across Türkiye.
What You'll Do
- Lead the post-sale journey for Turkish accounts, from initial onboarding to long-term renewal and expansion.
- Partner with customers to embed Neara into their daily workflows, specifically across vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization.
- Bridge the gap between complex technical outputs (AI/Physics models) and executive-level business outcomes.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain high-level relationships with stakeholders within DSOs and TSOs.
- Act as the voice of the Turkish market, collaborating with our EU Sales, Deployment, and Product teams to align our roadmap with local needs.
- Monitor customer health scores and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Support the sales team during the commercial process and then 'own' the customer once the deal is signed.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management.
- Fluent Turkish speaker with professional fluency in English.
- Comfortable with data-driven discussions and able to navigate technical conversations with engineers and executives alike.
Nice to Have
- Background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS.
- Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems.
- Engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy).
- Experience working with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators.

Local position based in Türkiye. Comfortable traveling 20-40%.
