Salesforce is looking for a Customer Success Manager (m,w,d) for Una Health, a company tackling one of the world's biggest health problems through digital medicine. In this full-time, commission-based role, you will guide users through accessing a digital diabetes program and contribute to shaping the company's direction during an exciting market-entry phase.
What You'll Do
- Guide users from initial contact through the steps to access the Una program, enabling them to control their diabetes.
- Keep sales targets in view and be motivated to regularly exceed them.
- Advise patients on content and technical questions regarding the digital therapy to facilitate access.
- Collect feedback and motivate users to continue using the program to further improve their health.
- Manage your pipeline, including maintaining data and the cleanliness of the CRM system.
- Work closely with your team and other departments like Commercial, Marketing, and Product.
