INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Demand Planner (m/w/d) Life Science to take ownership of sales and demand planning within a defined product area. You will analyze, control, and implement supply chain strategies, optimizing inventory and maintaining master data within a Life Science context.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, control, and implement sales and demand planning using inventory and planning tools.
- Manage supply planning by planning, checking, controlling, and continuously tracking inventory and demand based on order proposals.
- Calculate and implement cost-optimal order quantities considering shelf life and destruction risks to prevent stock-outs and overstock.
- Ensure an accurate and consistently maintained master data landscape, including parameters like MOQ, lead times, and safety stocks.
- Set up, maintain, and continuously improve a Supply Chain Management reporting system covering inventory, coverage, and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree with a relevant focus, commercial training, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in logistics, purchasing, supply chain management, or production processes.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
- Proficient and routine use of MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge gained within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Experience working with a warehouse management system and other relevant IT tools.
