About the Role
This position is responsible for guiding media buying clients through the full lifecycle of platform use, from onboarding to long-term success, by providing strategic support and troubleshooting to maximize performance and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new media buying clients to the platform efficiently and effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs
- Monitor client campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve media buying outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
- Track and report on key performance metrics for client accounts
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account history
- Escalate product feedback and feature requests to relevant departments
- Support the renewal and expansion of client contracts
- Ensure clients achieve their business goals using the platform
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with assigned accounts
- Identify risks to client success and implement mitigation strategies
- Assist in the development of onboarding materials and client resources
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital advertising and media buying
- Promote best practices in campaign setup and performance analysis
- Help clients interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Coordinate with sales teams during client handover processes
- Drive adoption of advanced platform features
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Respond promptly to urgent client issues
