Kayzen is hiring a Customer Success Manager- Media Buying (m/f/d)

About the Role

This position is responsible for guiding media buying clients through the full lifecycle of platform use, from onboarding to long-term success, by providing strategic support and troubleshooting to maximize performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new media buying clients to the platform efficiently and effectively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs
  • Monitor client campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve media buying outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for client accounts
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account history
  • Escalate product feedback and feature requests to relevant departments
  • Support the renewal and expansion of client contracts
  • Ensure clients achieve their business goals using the platform
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with assigned accounts
  • Identify risks to client success and implement mitigation strategies
  • Assist in the development of onboarding materials and client resources
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital advertising and media buying
  • Promote best practices in campaign setup and performance analysis
  • Help clients interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Coordinate with sales teams during client handover processes
  • Drive adoption of advanced platform features
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Respond promptly to urgent client issues
