About the Role
Lead customer success efforts for civil government clients in the DACH region, focusing on driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and contract renewal.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of civil government clients, ensuring their success with the product.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Provide regular updates on customer health and satisfaction to internal stakeholders.
- Work with the sales team to support the renewal process and drive contract extensions.
- Develop and deliver customer training and enablement programs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the civil government market and trends.
- Manage customer escalations and issues to resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Create and maintain customer success documentation and best practices.
- Participate in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
- Provide input on product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on customer feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
