Planet is hiring a Customer Success Manager II, EMEA (DACH - Civil Government)

About the Role

Lead customer success efforts for civil government clients in the DACH region, focusing on driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and contract renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of civil government clients, ensuring their success with the product.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates on customer health and satisfaction to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the sales team to support the renewal process and drive contract extensions.
  • Develop and deliver customer training and enablement programs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the civil government market and trends.
  • Manage customer escalations and issues to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Create and maintain customer success documentation and best practices.
  • Participate in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide input on product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer success content and case studies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a customer success knowledge base.
  • Provide regular updates on customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
