Responsibilities

- Conduct proof-of-concept implementations for prospective clients
- Assist in defining solution architecture for complex deployments
- Prepare detailed technical documentation for client presentations
- Evaluate customer environments to recommend optimal system integration paths
- Participate in RFP responses with accurate and compliant technical answers
- Support pricing and licensing discussions with technical context
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap and feature updates
- Identify customer technical objections and develop counterpoints
- Work with product teams to relay market feedback and feature requests
- Troubleshoot demonstration environments and pre-deployment setups
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in proposed designs
- Coordinate with post-sales teams for smooth handoff of implemented solutions
- Track technical engagement progress using CRM tools
- Present at industry events and customer workshops
- Develop reusable demo scripts and configuration templates
- Monitor competitor offerings to highlight differentiating capabilities
- Validate integration scenarios with third-party systems
- Assist in training junior team members on technical sales processes
- Optimize response times to presales requests
- Maintain consistency between marketing claims and technical feasibility
- Escalate critical technical blockers to engineering when necessary
