Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a defined portfolio of customers, proactively driving performance improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact, offering expert guidance and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for growth and strategically position TRSTD’s technologies to achieve client goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to our product team.
