Workana is hiring a Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer usage and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on customer health and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
  • Work with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Create and deliver customer success plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate customer feedback and ensure it is addressed appropriately.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure they maximize the use of the platform.
  • Coordinate with the product team to gather customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for customers.
  • Develop and maintain a customer success knowledge base.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer accounts.
  • Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for customers.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on customer success initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of customer accounts to ensure compliance with terms of service.
  • Develop and implement customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage customer billing and invoicing.
  • Provide regular feedback to the customer support team to improve service quality.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.
  • Develop and implement customer success best practices and standards.
