Jobgether is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert throughout the customer journey. You'll combine technical expertise with client-facing problem-solving to help customers maximize product value and ensure long-term retention in a fully remote, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Customer Success organization to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Respond to and resolve high-volume support requests, from simple questions to complex technical challenges.
- Guide customers through operational workflows to reduce time to value and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Assist with deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and advice on integrations such as Cloud Connectors, Splunk, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, influencing product roadmap and improvements.
- Become a subject matter expert for specific areas of the platform, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of security tools, cloud providers, and the information security industry.
- Understanding of common network protocols such as HTTPS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, SMB, RDP, and SSL/TLS certificates.
- Comfort using REST APIs and Python for troubleshooting and automation tasks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
- Resourceful problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Strong desire to work closely with customers and help build easy-to-use applications and integrations.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $110,000–$130,000 USD for high-cost-of-living locations; $88,000–$105,000 USD for other locations, plus equity.
