Rackspace is seeking a Customer Success Engineer III to join our team in India. In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our enterprise customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Proactively monitor customer environments and implement preventative solutions.
- Design and deliver technical solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or success role.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or managed hosting.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, high-severity technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service.
