TruBridge is hiring a Customer Success Consultant to collaborate closely with our clients, ensuring a successful and valuable partnership. In this role, you will focus on understanding client goals, data, and business drivers to foster a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage relationships with multiple clients.
- Collaborate with other business units and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, interacting via meetings, emails, and escalation resolution.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Address customer emails within 24 hours with a timeline or resolution.
- Facilitate project plan timelines and communicate progress to the customer.
- Drive process improvements by identifying client challenges and revenue opportunities.
- Identify upsell opportunities and connect the Client Executive with the client.
- Provide high-value customer service by efficiently identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform additional projects and job duties as assigned.
