About the Role

TruBridge is hiring a Customer Success Consultant to collaborate closely with our clients, ensuring a successful and valuable partnership. In this role, you will focus on understanding client goals, data, and business drivers to foster a positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and manage relationships with multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with other business units and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, interacting via meetings, emails, and escalation resolution.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Address customer emails within 24 hours with a timeline or resolution.
  • Facilitate project plan timelines and communicate progress to the customer.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying client challenges and revenue opportunities.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and connect the Client Executive with the client.
  • Provide high-value customer service by efficiently identifying and resolving issues.
  • Perform additional projects and job duties as assigned.

  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • 4+ years of client/account management or related experience.
  • General understanding of project management procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
