About the Role

Tango is hiring a Customer Success Associate to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you will help our customers unlock the full value of Tango by building strong relationships, driving engagement, and supporting retention and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customers through implementation, setting them up for success within the first 90 days for immediate and lasting value.
  • Provide varying levels of support and education to a high volume of accounts to ensure continued adoption and satisfaction.
  • Identify both opportunities and risks within the customer base by monitoring data and trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to share feedback and insights that positively impact the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of SaaS experience in customer success, implementations, sales development, or project management/consulting.
  • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking; open to handling a variety of tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills; able to drive meaningful conversations and quickly earn trust.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Bonus points if you have worked at a Series A/B company.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the Head of Finance & Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, CX & Success, Bailey Thelen.
