Enterprise Bot is looking for a Customer Success and Project Manager to guide customers through the entire lifecycle of our AI and SaaS solutions. You will ensure customers successfully adopt and grow with our products through technical expertise, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
What You'll Do
- Introduce new customers to our solutions with clear implementation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
- Work with customers and internal teams to configure conversational AI bots, automation workflows, and integrations.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensure bot quality, fix problems, and guide test iterations.
- Monitor bot performance and customer feedback to suggest improvements and optimizations.
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance reports, and ensure customers achieve their goals.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships as a foundation for trust and mutual growth.
- Conduct training, enablement workshops, and create documentation to empower customer teams.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
- Work with sales to identify renewal, extension, and upselling opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Implementation, or Technical Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset and a passion for maximizing customer value and measurable results.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages, especially Spanish or French.
- Experience ideally in the SaaS or Automation industry.
- Hands-on experience with bot building, automation workflows, integrations, and QA testing.
- Familiarity with AI/NLP solutions, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
