DC Logistics Brasil is looking for a Customer Success - Air Import professional to coordinate air import shipments from origin to final destination. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations, maintaining clear client communication, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate shipments from sending instructions to the agent at origin until the cargo arrives at its final destination.
- Send tracking information to the client via follow-up and phone contact.
- Monitor processes with Brazilian authorities including Receita Federal, Infraero, ANVISA, and MAPA until arrival at destination.
- Monitor and handle processes with contracted insurance, among other related activities.
What We're Looking For
- Complete or ongoing higher education in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, drive, teamwork abilities, and a focus on results.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
