GetResponse was looking for a Customer Success Advisor (English, German and Polish)

GetResponse is looking for a Customer Success Advisor fluent in English, German, and Polish to be a key partner for our clients. In this role, you’ll help customers achieve their business goals by providing expert support and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inquiries and educate customers on products via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
  • Coordinate solutions with IT and management teams
  • Help customers build successful businesses through proactive guidance
  • Handle onboarding calls with new customers

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent language skills in English, German, and Polish (at least C1 level)
  • Open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • Ability to easily handle a high volume of interactions simultaneously
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and readiness to master speed-typing
  • An outgoing, upbeat attitude and a 'people person' mindset
  • Ready for speaking with customers over the phone or via video calls

Nice to Have

  • Online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • Any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or Russian

  • Compensation: 6,000 - 6,500 PLN gross/month on a contract of employment
