GetResponse is looking for a Customer Success Advisor fluent in English, German, and Polish to be a key partner for our clients. In this role, you’ll help customers achieve their business goals by providing expert support and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries and educate customers on products via chat and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
- Coordinate solutions with IT and management teams
- Help customers build successful businesses through proactive guidance
- Handle onboarding calls with new customers
What We're Looking For
- Excellent language skills in English, German, and Polish (at least C1 level)
- Open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- Ability to easily handle a high volume of interactions simultaneously
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and readiness to master speed-typing
- An outgoing, upbeat attitude and a 'people person' mindset
- Ready for speaking with customers over the phone or via video calls
Nice to Have
- Online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
- Any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or Russian

Work Mode
