Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service / Tech Support Representative to provide technical support and customer service for client technology products. This is a remote role where you will resolve routine problems and questions via inbound/outbound calls and internet.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and world-class customer service, answering questions about products and services.
- Deliver inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong focus on building customer relationships.
- Comfortable using and explaining technology.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
- The availability to work during Hours of Operation: 8am-11:30pm EST Monday-Sunday.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing.
- High Speed internet (10 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download, no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in Canada and have a valid Canadian address.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
